You will need:

1 Oatmeal Cranberry Mindful Mix

1/2 cup Nut Butter of Choice

1/2 cup Honey

1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Orange Zested

1/2 cup White Chocolate (Dairy free)

1 Pillsbury Cream Cheese Frosting (these are dairy free)

1/3 cup cranberries

First, mix your honey and peanut butter and vanillla in a bowl until well incorporated.

Then add in your oatmeal cranberry pouch contents and mix until no dry spots are left and press into a parchment-lined pan.

For best results use an 8"x8" or 8"x9" pan.

Place in Freezer to chill while you make your topping. Zest your orange into a small bowl, then take the cream cheese frosting and empty the frosting into another bowl add your orange zest to taste, leaving some to decorate with.

Take your topping and fill a piping bag (or if you don't have one you can spread using a frosting knife or spatula).

Pull your oatmeal cranberry crust from the freezer and begin to pipe your topping as thick or thin as you like.

now top with chopped cranberries and remaining orange zest.

Chill another 15-20 minutes, until the topping is slightly firm so you can cut your triangles without messing up the frosting. You can cut into squares and then the squares into triangles. ( If your sides stick to the knife slightly causing peaks you can dampen your finger and run it along the edges after you cut to smooth them out.)
