4 Indulgent Ways to Enjoy our Peanut Butters!

At My Mindful Market, we LOVE our peanut butter! Terry, one of our production team members, is always hard at work making fresh peanut butter in store for all of you to enjoy. Customers always ask us how we like to prepare and eat our peanut butters, so we are sharing with you four of our favorite peanut butter combos! 1. The first snack we recommend is a gluten-free graham cracker PBJ. We all grew up eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on white bread, but we want take a healthier approach. We recommend using our Banana Cinnamon peanut butter with Blueberry Chamomile jam from the Home Pantry. This is delicious and healthy, and it's my favorite afternoon snack. It's great around 3:00, it keeps me from starving in between lunch and dinner. You definitely have to try this!

2. Next on the list of peanut butter snacks is an Oatmeal Parfait with blueberries and our maple cashew butter! If you dislike oatmeal, this snack will change your mind. I like to pour the maple from the cashew butter over the oatmeal and mix it in. It's a sweet treat that also packs nutritional value. This will be your favorite morning treat! Did I mention it is vegan!

3. Our third suggested peanut butter snack is a mousse dip for apples, bananas, or gluten-free pretzels! We mixed our banana cinnamon peanut butter with a low fat Greek yogurt for a delicious snack. This is a simple two ingredient peanut butter dip that can be enjoyed at any time of the day!

4. Our last snack is celery and our spicy savory peanut butter! This peanut butter has a kick to it, and its my favorite to eat it with celery. If you want to try something new while spicing things up, I definitely recommend this snack!
