HONEY VANILLA 
PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

INGREDIENTS

Honey Vanilla Bites

Pure Natural Peanut Butter

Dairy-free Chocolate Chips

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a cupcake pan, Press one Honey Vanilla Bite into each cupcake form using fingers.

2. Fill each one with peanut butter using a spoon.

3. Top with melted chocolate. 

4. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and enjoy!

GLUTEN-FREE
BLACK FOREST CHERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

2 cups almond flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

3 tbsp. melted butter (or vegan butter)

3 tbsp. pure maple syrup

2 tbsp. almond milk or any plant-based milk

2 tsp. vanilla extract

2/3 cup Mindful Black Forest Trail Mix

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350*

Blend almond flour, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl.

Mix in the butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until dough forms.

Now mix in the trail mix to the batter until well mixed.

Roll into 1" balls and press down some- (DUE TO ALMOND FLOUR THEY WILL NOT EXPAND MUCH)

Bake on cookie sheet for 15-17 minutes, and let cool for 2 minutes on the tray and enjoy!!!
